Please make it so that people who use the staff emails can edit and delete and open, or close feedback topics on the website.

Hi there, There's a typo in the illustration in the "Collect user feedback straight from your website" section: you've written "expeience" (the "r" is missing)

Feedback and support goes hand in hand. You should offer chat support and help pages.

Notification emails to users to update them or status changes has a default placeholder instead of the actual product name

Widget must be has internalization support. Website owner can be select language.

I think it would be very beneficial if users would be able to (temporary) minimize the feedback widget when pressing ESC. I currently add an eventlistener myself but this doesn't work when the user is focused inside the widget.
