Visiting a piece of feedback directly e.g. https://codeable.sleekplan.app/feedback/2988 shows a broken page on our page. Going https://codeable.sleekplan.app and then clicking on an issue does not have the problem.

LoopedIn.io has a Hotjar integration that they recently released. I think Hotjar is an amazing product and that it should be integrated with SleekPlan for getting an even better picture and creating an all-encompassing feedback system.

It would be great to have more customisation options with the header on the hosted portal. Right now it’s not possible to add some custom links to the menu on the header. This would help users navigate between the portal and my website better.

With larger volumes of feedback items it would be so much easier and efficient if there was an option to be able to multi-selct items and perform actions such as assignment and change statuses. Right now assignment can only be done by going into each indviual item.
