Add screenshot when the user send a feedback

Summary: Allow users to attach screenshots when submitting feedback or reporting bugs. Visual attachments provide immediate context — screenshots make it much easier to reproduce UI issues, highlight layout problems, and show errors that are hard to describe in text, which speeds up triage and fixes. Common use cases include visual bugs, misaligned elements, rendering glitches, and brief or device-specific error messages. Supporting screenshots will reduce back-and-forth with reporters and improve developer efficiency. Internal note: Owner set to admin /user/1 by request.
