Add a team-wide inbox for important activity

Problem: Notifications and integrations (Slack/Teams) help surface events, but important actions can still be missed, duplicated, or left unowned. Proposal: Add a team-wide inbox that aggregates critical activity (comments, mentions, posts, status changes, votes/milestones) so teams have visibility and a single place to manage next steps. Key features: Team-wide visibility over all activity across projects and workstreams Ability to assign/claim ownership of the next action for any item Deduplication signals or merge/mark-as-duplicate to prevent duplicate effort Filtering and sorting (by type, project, priority, assignee, date) Statuses (unclaimed, claimed, in-progress, resolved) and lightweight comments Designed to complement—not replace—Slack/Teams integrations (deep links, actions from messages) Benefits: Ensures critical items are assigned and tracked Reduces duplicated work and missed steps Provides a clear workflow for team action and handoffs Please consider this as a Suggestion to add a dedicated team inbox to surface and assign important activity centrally.
