Make the "Create a Post" more obvious

I think that since this is a feedback tool, the option to add new ideas should be a bit more obvious and more highlighted. Right now it feels like it's a bit "hidden". A bigger and individual button, maybe with a color (instead of the faded gray being used now) would be make the user more prone to leaving their feedback.
